Winners of ‘Rang Bharo’ competitions awarded
The winners of ‘Rang Bharo’ competitions were awarded during a function at Maat Pita Gaudham at Khallaur in Mohali district on Thursday. The competition was launched in the schools where students were given different pictures on the theme of respecting elders. The students were required to fill colour in the pictures with a few words on the message behind it, said Gyan Chand Walia, founder of Gaudham behind the competition.

During the occasion, 250 children were given medals and trophies and 3200 children were given participation certificates. The 15 winner students were given cash prizes.
Ridhi Kumar from SD Model School, Rajpura, Kanav Dhiman from Stellar International School Basma and Prabhjeet Singh from KK High School Rajpura won first prize in a coloring competition for school students.
The second prize was won by Nirwair Kaur from Patel Public School Rajpura, Janvi from DAV Public School Rajpura and Aradhya Badlhan from CM Public School, Rajpura.
