India will aggressively, successfully achieve the ultimate goal of developed country and soon India will in the category of developed counties, Indian students are crazy for studying Abroad to achieve the PR of that Country where they have gone for their educational academic career. Lust of Dollars and Pounds and then converting it into Indian Rupees delights the Student and their Family to move their children abroad for education and then to achieve PR of that country. India after achieving Independence has the distinction of having World Class Universities, IIT Engineering & Medical Colleges which gives opportunity to the students to study world class educational academics here and to polish their career and after successfully clearing their academic courses then they go abroad for future higher studies or are sent by the Companies they are working in India on deputation / transfer to abroad. At present the Students in India have just one mission and to achieve their mission they after clearing 10+2 Exams they prefer doing IELTS to go for further studies abroad. Whatever may be the reason but the students are crazy and their first preference is to get PR (Permanent Residency) abroad after getting educated from there. Punjab has the distinction that after India’s Independence Punjabis preferred to go to England and ultimately became Natives of that Country (U.K.). In Seventies the trend was that England, Australia, New Zealand PR was becoming difficult to achieve the people started going to Canada and at that time there was no immigration required in our country to go to Canada and the Canadian Immigration authorities granted Visa on Arrival at Canada Airports to the natives of other countries who reached Canada. In Eighties the Visa system was implemented by Canada Immigration Authorities and the Visa was to be granted in India before Flying to Canada. In Nineties Australia, Canada, New Zealand welcomed Students through Education Study Visa for Education. There was a major spurt in the numbers for the students to go abroad and then in Canada for P.R. (Express Entry Draw) through Points was introduced for the families which are still in progress. Indian students in large number are in pipeline who have applied for education visa for studies in Canada, Australia. After Covid-19 pandemic the youths in Canada who had gone on education visa earlier were allowed PR even on fewer points at that time sideling the (Express Entry Draw) fearing of COVID-19. Interestingly the rising price of Dollar to Rupee has upset the financial budgets of the middle class families in India who have sent their children on education visa abroad for education. At present, the students are studying in various universities / colleges abroad have to pay more in Indian Rupee in India to convert to Dollars due to the spurt in the price of Dollar. It is pertinent to note that the students going abroad for education transfer million of Dollars from India to their universities/ colleges abroad as per the fees structure of that universities /colleges. How long the process for education by the students to go abroad will continue cannot be predicted but one thing is clear that India will be witnessing brian drain to abroad in coming years. India will have to boost industrial revolution to generate more job opportunities for the unemployed youths in coming years to halt brain drain and introduce new farming techniques towards diversity of crops to fruits, vegetables , flowers etc. as the India’s agriculture land has the potential strength of producing maximum yield of crops they sow.
