White Coat Ceremony held for fresh medicos of MBBS batch 2025

DMC&H conducted White Coat Ceremony for MBBS batch 2025 today at DMC&H College Campus. During the ceremony, all the students of MBBS Batch 2025 were introduced to the audience and white coat was adorned to them by their parents, which was really a very nostalgic moment for both the parents as well as their children.

Ludhiana, October 10, 2025: DMC&H conducted White Coat Ceremony for MBBS batch 2025 today at DMC&H College Campus. During the ceremony, all the students of MBBS Batch 2025 were introduced to the audience and white coat was adorned to them by their parents, which was really a very nostalgic moment for both the parents as well as their children.

Dignitaries who graced the occasion included  Dr G S Wander,Principal, DMC&H; Dr Sandeep Kaushal, Dean, Academics;  Medical Supdts. Dr Sandeep Shrama, Dr Ashwani K Chaudhary and Addl. Medical Supdt. Dr Ashima Taneja. HODs of various departments were also present.

Dr Hitant Vohra, Professor and Head of Anatomy and Dr Garima Matta, Professor of Physiology warmly welcomed the dignitaries, parents and fresh batch of MBBS students.

Dean Academics, Dr Sandeep Kaushal introduced the newly joined students and their parents to the audience and encouraged them to be grateful for this wonderful phase of their lives.

In his message, Bipin Gupta,Secretary DMC&H Managing Society  congratulated the fresh batch of students and their parents for achieving this dream of getting their wards admitted into prestigious medical colleges of the country. He assured the parents that their wards will get the best of the medical education in the institute.

Dr GS Wander, Principal, DMC&H introduced the faculty members of various disciplines to the students. In his message, Dr Wander said that in the field of medicine, one always remains a student and the more we incline to learn, the better our knowledge becomes in the subjects.

Dr Ekta Bansal, Professor & Head, Department of Biochemistry, proposed a vote of thanks to all those present on the occasion and assured the fresh batch of students that DMC&H is strictly a zero ragging institute, and caters to every aspect that goes in the overall development of a medical profession.

As a token of our commitment to the Green Initiative, plant saplings were distributed to the parents of the students.
