White Coat Ceremony held for fresh medicos MBBS batch 2023

Ludhiana, October 21, 2023: White Coat Ceremony was held today in Auditorium of Dayanand Medical College Campus.

During the ceremony, all the students of new MBBS Batch 2023 were introduced the audience and white coat was worn on them by their parents, it was really a very nostalgic moment for both the parents as well as their children.   

Secretary Bipin Gupta, Treasurer Mukesh Kumar, Principal Dr Sandeep Puri, Vice Principal Dr G S Wander, Dean Academics Dr Sandeep Kaushal and Medical Superintendent Dr Ashwani K Chaudhary  graced the occasion.

Secretary of DMCH Managing Society, Bipin Gupta congratulated the fresh batch of students and their proud parents for achieving this dream of getting their wards admitted into prestigious medical college of the country. Further he highlighted that wearing white coat is a huge responsibility on you and towards your patients and for the society.

Principal, Dr Sandeep Puri warmly welcomed the dignitaries, parents and fresh batch of MBBS students. Dr Puri introduced the institute and  faculty members of various disciplines to the students. In his message, Dr Puri said the students are fortunate to be admitted to DMC which is top ranked medial Institute of the country providing excellent medical teaching and patient care.

Vice Principal Dr G S Wander encouraged the students to work hard and being passionate about your work. Further Dr Wander, urged the students to develop life skills that  includes compassion, dignity and respect for others.

Dean Academics, Dr Sandeep Kaushal told the youngest members of DMCH that being a  part of medical profession they need to follow professional ethics while serving humanity. White symbolises the colour of purity which associates with trust and confidence among the patients highlighted Dr Kaushal.
