Webinar on good nutrition at Home Science College

Chandigarh, September 10, 2021: Under the ongoing celebrations of Poshan Maah, Home Science College organised a one day webinar on "Good Nutrition - Need of the Hour ".

The webinar was conducted in collaboration with Fortis Hospital, Mohali and Dt. Sonia Gandhi was the resource person. She emphasized upon the importance of eating right especially during the time of the pandemic.

Principal of the college Prof Sudha Katyal urged the viewers to make right choices and eat nutritionally dense food to avoid onset of diseases and build up immunity.
