Sony SAB’s Pushpa (Karuna Pandey) is not your average mother and while she is known to impress everyone with her befitting replies and zeal for life, it looks like she is having a hard time coping up with her present circumstances.

While everyone at Bapodra chawl is busy celebrating Ashwin (Naveen Pandita) and Deepti’s (Garima Parihar) engagement, the police arrive to arrest Chirag (Darshan Gujjar), accusing him of leaking the college papers. Chirag has a reputation of using shortcuts in order to improve his financial situation, but Pushpa believes her son is innocent this time around and has not played a part in this crime. Her already sour relations with Sonal (Bhakti Rathod) are further tarnished and she fears for Ashwin’s future as Deepti’s parents might object to the union after all.

When Chirag is proven innocent and the charges are dropped against him, Pushpa demands a public apology from the officers. When things were finally looking up, a sudden water crisis hit the chawl. Pushpa tries to take the matter into her own hands and in an attempt to solve the problem, she ends up offending the BMC workers. The entire chawl holds her responsible for the water crisis and reprimands her for lashing out earlier.

With so many issues marching their way toward her, how will Pushpa keep herself sane and do the impossible?

Karuna Pandey, who essays the role of Pushpa says: “It is fun to work on a show which is giving back to back plot twists in the first few weeks itself. It’s very obvious that Pushpa has not had an easy life and going forward as well, she will face multiple challenges. But now that the show is on air, the audience will see how Pushpa acts on those problems. I personally believe you can either cry about your problems or take actions to solve them. Pushpa shares the same belief and I urge the audience to stay tuned and watch how Pushpa goes on to do  impossible things in the most quirky way!”
