Vice-Chancellor Dr. H.K. Agarwal reviews Preparations for the 4th University Research Conclave
Experts from India and abroad will gather on April 17 to promote research and innovation

Rohtak, March 19, 2026: Dr. H.K. Agarwal, Vice-Chancellor of Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, reviewed the preparations for the 4th University Research Conclave. Presiding over the review meeting, the Vice-Chancellor directed all the committees to complete their respective tasks as soon as possible.
The meeting was attended by university officials, as well as the chairpersons of the various committees and sub-committees constituted for organizing the conclave. The responsibility for organizing the conclave has been entrusted to Dr. Pushpa Dahiya and Dr. Sukhbir Singh, the officials in charge of the Research Cell.
Vice-Chancellor Dr. H.K. Agarwal directed that all information regarding this conclave, scheduled to be held on April 17, be uploaded to the university website. Describing the University Research Conclave as a significant event, he said that undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) students, DNB residents, and young faculty members (up to 40 years of age) have been invited to present their research papers at the event. The Vice-Chancellor emphasized that the objective of the conclave is to foster research and innovation.
Dr. Pushpa Dahiya, a Professor in the Research Department, said that special arrangements would be made for the presentation of research papers during the conclave. Research scholars from the university will have the opportunity to showcase their research work. She added that experts from both India and abroad would participate in this research conclave, which is being organized with the aim of providing the latest medical treatments to patients through enhanced research efforts.
The meeting was attended by Registrar Dr. Roop Singh, Director Dr. S.K. Singhal, Dean of Academic Affairs Dr. M.G. Vashishth, Dean Dr. Ashok Chauhan, Medical Superintendent Dr. Kundan Mittal, DSW Dr. Savita Singhal, and Dr. Varun Arora, In-charge of the Public Relations Department, along with members of the various committees.
