Dr. Amit Arya, Vice-Chancellor of Dada Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts (DLC SUPVA), said that our conduct, thoughts, and behavior should be reflected in everyone’s actions.
Rohtak, February 6, 2026: Dr. Amit Arya, Vice-Chancellor of Dada Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts (DLC SUPVA), said that our conduct, thoughts, and behavior should be reflected in everyone’s actions.
The Vice-Chancellor was addressing the students, faculty members, and staff on Friday regarding the preparations for the four-day Bharat Rang Mahotsav (Bharangam) and Sarang, which begins on February 9th. Registrar Dr. Gunjan Malik Manocha was also present on the occasion.
VC Dr. Arya said that it is the collective responsibility of all of us to contribute in every possible way to the success of this four-day festival. He encouraged the students who are working day and night on the preparations for the festival and inspired other students to learn from them. He urged everyone to fulfill their respective responsibilities diligently.
VC Dr. Arya said that performances will be held from 11 AM to 5 PM daily from February 9th onwards at the Sarang stage being prepared in the courtyard of the FTV Department. Besides performances by DLC SUPVA students, glimpses of folk art and culture from other states will also be showcased. Meanwhile, Bharangam will be held in the mini auditorium of the FTV Department, where theater performances can be enjoyed from 6 PM onwards. Teams from Punjab, Delhi, and Sri Lanka will be presenting their performances there for four days. The ‘Bharangam’ event is being organized by the National School of Drama (NSD), New Delhi, with the support of DLC SUPVA.
