Veterans Rally conducted by Vajra Corps Air Defence Brigade

Ludhiana, December 6, 2023: In an effort to reach out to its veterans, a Veterans Rally was conducted by Vajra Corps Air Defence Brigade at Campaign Ground Complex Near Jagraon Bridge, Ludhiana today. 

Vajra Vayu Raksha Brigade reaffirmed its resolve to look after the Veterans while being aware of the fact that the Veterans have an important role to play in nation building and nurturing the future generation. The focus of the rally was to resolve and mitigate the issues of pension anomalies and bank related issues being faced by the veterans.

A felicitation ceremony for veterans of the Defence Forces was also organised in which gallantry award winners were felicitated, veterans were given medical aids, raffle ticket prizes were distributed and 500 Veterans were presented with memorabilia to honour them for their service in the nation. The event conducted by Vajra Corps was attended by Senior Serving Officers, veterans and civil dignitaries
