New Delhi; December 5, 2025: Vegas Mall’s “Soles of Hope” CSR initiative concluded with overwhelming community participation, collecting over 400 pairs of shoes for underprivileged children and adults in partnership with Helping Hut NGO. The week-long drive reaffirmed the mall’s commitment to addressing everyday hardships faced by vulnerable communities that lack access to proper footwear.
Throughout the activation, the dedicated drop-off zone, featuring a symbolic rough-surface walkway, became a powerful reminder for visitors. Many experienced firsthand the discomfort of walking without adequate shoes, deepening awareness around an often-overlooked struggle. Visitors came forward generously, contributing new and gently used shoes to help individuals who walk miles each day without this basic necessity.
Speaking about the impact, Ravinder Choudhary, Vice President, Vegas Mall, said, “The response to Soles of Hope has been deeply moving. We witnessed visitors pausing, reflecting, and donating with genuine intent. This initiative wasn’t just about collecting shoes; it was about building empathy, dignity, and shared responsibility. At Vegas Mall, we believe our role extends far beyond retail, and drives like these remind us that even small acts of kindness can bring meaningful change.”
With over 400 shoes collected and distributed through Helping Hut NGO, the initiative underscores Vegas Mall’s ongoing commitment to creating purposeful social impact. The mall continues to encourage similar acts of conscious giving as part of its broader vision to uplift and empower the communities it serves.
