VC Dr. H.K. Agarwal unveils the Logo of the Department of Pediatrics
Dr. H.K. Agarwal, Vice-Chancellor of Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, unveiled the logo and official stamp of the Department of Pediatrics on Friday. While congratulating Dr. Kundan Mittal, HOD Pediatrics, and his team, Vice-Chancellor Dr. Agarwal remarked that the Department of Pediatrics has established a distinct identity among the public - one that symbolizes the growth and development of children.
Rohtak, March 13, 2026: Dr. H.K. Agarwal, Vice-Chancellor of Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, unveiled the logo and official stamp of the Department of Pediatrics on Friday. While congratulating Dr. Kundan Mittal, HOD Pediatrics, and his team, Vice-Chancellor Dr. Agarwal remarked that the Department of Pediatrics has established a distinct identity among the public - one that symbolizes the growth and development of children.
The Vice-Chancellor said that the logo and stamp, designed by the Department of Pediatrics, serve as a unique emblem for the department and will further enhance its prestige. He added that this logo reflects the profound dedication of the department's physicians toward their patients.
Registrar Dr. Roop Singh described the logo and stamp as a significant achievement for the Department of Pediatrics. Executive Director Dr. Ashok Chauhan affirmed the institution's commitment to working in close collaboration with the Department of Pediatrics.
HOD Dr. Kundan Mittal acknowledged the exceptional cooperation extended by all the department's physicians, as well as by Dr. Prashant Kumar from the Department of Anesthesia, in the creation of this logo and stamp. He emphasized that the Department of Pediatrics is dedicated to the health and well-being of children, and that this logo and stamp serve as a symbol of that unwavering commitment. He further explained that the logo visually illustrates how a child's care should ideally commence right from within the mother's womb, and how such comprehensive care ultimately leads to the birth of a healthy infant.
