VC Dr. H.K. Agarwal Conducts surprise inspection of the university; Imparts the Mantra of Timely Work to Employees
Dr. H.K. Agarwal, Vice-Chancellor of Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, conducted a surprise inspection of various offices located within the university premises on Friday. Registrar Dr. Roop Singh was also present alongside him during this visit.

Rohtak, April 10, 2026: Dr. H.K. Agarwal, Vice-Chancellor of Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, conducted a surprise inspection of various offices located within the university premises on Friday. Registrar Dr. Roop Singh was also present alongside him during this visit.
Vice-Chancellor Dr. Agarwal took stock of the operations within the Academic Branch, Affiliation Cell, Research Cell, Examination Branch, Recruitment Cell, Accounts Branch, IT Cell, ANM-GNM Branch, Secrecy Branch, and the Registrar's Office. He issued specific directives to all departments regarding the maintenance of cleanliness, efficient file management, employee attendance, and the implementation of a time-bound work culture.
The Vice-Chancellor remarked that all officers and employees constitute a single family, and the reputation of this institution is built solely upon the quality of our work. He instructed all employees to strictly wear their ID cards, dispose of old and unnecessary files in accordance with established regulations, maintain regular cleanliness in offices and restrooms, and ensure punctuality while on duty. He further emphasized the importance of prioritizing the needs of patients and students.
Registrar Dr. Roop Singh also appealed to the employees to adhere to the Vice-Chancellor's directives, work with a spirit of teamwork, and remain diligent in the discharge of their duties. Senior officials from all departments were present during the inspection.
