VC Dr. Amit Arya Inaugurates INFLIBNET Corner at the Central Library; National-level e-resource facilities will be available to SUPVA students
The INFLIBNET Corner, established within the Central Library of the Dada Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts (DLC SUPVA), Rohtak, was inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor Dr. Amit Arya and renowned poet and writer Rana Yashwant. This INFLIBNET Corner will provide students with access to national-level e-resource facilities, which will help them in enhancing the quality of their research.

Rohtak, March 17, 2026: The INFLIBNET Corner, established within the Central Library of the Dada Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts (DLC SUPVA), Rohtak, was inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor Dr. Amit Arya and renowned poet and writer Rana Yashwant. This INFLIBNET Corner will provide students with access to national-level e-resource facilities, which will help them in enhancing the quality of their research.
Registrar Dr. Gunjan Malik Manocha said that the benefits of this INFLIBNET Corner would be extended not only to students but also to all faculty members and research scholars. Information pertaining to various subjects can be accessed free of cost simply by scanning a QR code. She added that the INFLIBNET Corner would not only improve the quality of research within the SUPVA community but also foster greater transparency and innovation in research endeavors.
Vice-Chancellor Dr. Amit Arya explained that INFLIBNET is an initiative of the University Grants Commission (UGC), through which research scholars can gain access to various national and international journals, research papers, e-books, and databases. Through this corner, students will be able to receive assistance regarding innovation in research, the discovery of reference materials, and thesis writing. He further mentioned that the responsibility of familiarizing students with the usage of INFLIBNET—including the available resources and how to utilize them—has been entrusted to the library staff.
Library In-charge Dr. Seema highlighted the need of the INFLIBNET Corner and demonstrated the procedure for utilizing the services available therein. Present on the occasion were the Faculty Coordinator (FC) of the Department of Visual Arts, Vinay Kumar; the FC of Architecture and Planning, Ajay Bahu Joshi; Assistant Librarian Renu Kadian; along with other faculty members and staff.
