Vardhman Special Steels Limited distributes diet kits to 200 TB patients at Civil Hospital
Vardhman Special Steels Limited, under its CSR initiative ‘Project Swasth Samaj’, distributed 200 high-protein diet kits to tuberculosis (TB) patients at Civil Hospital today, in collaboration with the District Administration and Red Cross Society Ludhiana. The kits were provided to children, women and men suffering from TB.

Ludhiana, September 25, 2026: Vardhman Special Steels Limited, under its CSR initiative ‘Project Swasth Samaj’, distributed 200 high-protein diet kits to tuberculosis (TB) patients at Civil Hospital today, in collaboration with the District Administration and Red Cross Society Ludhiana. The kits were provided to children, women and men suffering from TB.
On the occasion, Red Cross Society Ludhiana Secretary Navneet Joshi thanked the management of Vardhman Special Steels Limited for undertaking this initiative to support the health and nutrition of needy TB patients. He also expressed special gratitude to the company’s CSR team on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana.
He said that providing nutritious food to patients helps in their recovery and contributes to better health.
TB patients and their family members also thanked the organisers for the continued support being provided to help improve their health and nutrition.
