US based Sikh thinker visits Khalsa College

Jalandhar, May 10, 2017: Noted Sikh thinker and scholar Dr Harjinder Singh Maan was honoured today in Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar on his visit to the institution.
Dr Maan has done his doctorate from California University USA and he has established Sikh Study Centre there in the university. Honouring Dr.Maan the principal of the college Dr GS Samra said that Dr.Maan had contributed significantly to the Sikh studies abroad and Khalsa College was looking forward to a collaboration with him in the area of Sikh studies.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr.Maan said that he was impressed with the way Lyallpur Khalsa College was providing education to its students. He also said that he too was keen for a collaboration between him and the college regarding Sikh studies.
S.Karamjit Singh Rai, Former Professor of Biological Science at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, USA, Prof.Ahuja Sandeep, Prof.Rajwinderpal Singh, Assistant Director Sri Guru Granth Sahib Study Centre were present on this occasion.
