This remarkable event, held as part of the “Meri Maati Mera Desh Campaign” theme, saw the spirited participation of CTIEMT students, collectively sowing the seeds of change by engaging in extensive planting.

Jalandhar, August 14, 2023:  A significant leap towards environmental conservation was achieved, as the NSS unit of CT Group of Institutions South Campus joined hands with Rotary Club Jalandhar West to lead an ambitious plantation drive at CT College South Campus Shahpur. This remarkable event, held as part of the “Meri Maati Mera Desh Campaign” theme, saw the spirited participation of CTIEMT students, collectively sowing the seeds of change by engaging in extensive planting.


At the heart of this initiative was the urgent need to protect our nation’s invaluable biological resources and intertwined livelihoods, all in the face of impending climate change. Acknowledging the pivotal role of forests in ecological sustainability, biodiversity preservation, and ensuring food, water, and livelihood security, this collaborative effort emphasized an unwavering commitment to a greener, more resilient future.
