Unique oral presentation “One thing which I can teach in 3 minutes”

Jalandhar: NSS unit of Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar organised a unique oral presentation "One thing which I can teach in 3 minutes" in virtual mode to commemorate 75th Indian Independence anniversary. 

Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra was the chief guest. In his address, he encouraged the participants to show their talents on these platforms frequently as these events help the participants to build their level of confidence. Further, he added that learning extra skills can help individuals to excel in their academic and social spheres of life. Students from various departments participated in this contest with a variety of topics like How to make a google form, PPT presentation, Conservation of Natural Resources, Saving water, How to make pdf, Public speaking, teachings of Lord Budhha, Correct Pronunciations of English words, Do's and don't of making ppt, how to organise an online event, Recycling of Plastic etc. It was an amazing contest in which each participant taught some valuable things in allotted three minutes. 

Chief Program Officer Mr. Satpal Singh and Program officer Mr. Navneet Singh Arora were the judges of the contest which was virtually hosted by Poonam Kumari of B.Sc. biotechnology semester IV. Mahima Jain (B.Sc. BT Sem-II) & Sakshi Sharma (B.Com Sem-IV) were joint first position holders while Sakshi (BCA-II sem) and Kiran (BA-VI Sem) got second and third position respectively. At last both the judges congratulated the participants and shared valuable suggestions regarding oral presentation skills.
