Union Health Minister JP Nadda and CM Nayab Singh Saini inaugurate the ‘Namo Van’ in Rohtak

Union Health and Family Welfare Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda inaugurated the ‘Namo Van’, being developed using the Miyawaki method, in Sector 2 on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday by planting a sapling. Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, Health Minister Kumari Aarti Singh Rao, Tourism Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma, and BJP State President Pt. Mohan Lal Baroli graced the occasion.

Rohtak, Sept 17, 2025: Union Health and Family Welfare Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda inaugurated the ‘Namo Van’, being developed using the Miyawaki method, in Sector 2 on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday by planting a sapling. Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, Health Minister Kumari Aarti Singh Rao, Tourism Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma, and BJP State President Pt. Mohan Lal Baroli graced the occasion.

The Union Health Minister, along with the Chief Minister, planted nearly 10,000 saplings in the ‘Namo Van’ and pledged to protect the environment. Women, the elderly, youth, and children participated significantly in the ‘Namo Van’. During the event, the Union Minister, while interacting directly with environmentalists, stated that PM Modi, with his ideology of healthy living in a clean environment, is leading the country towards a developed India. In such a situation, it becomes our responsibility to play our part in making this positive thinking meaningful.

Nadda encouraged women to take the initiative to involve themselves and their families in environmental protection, planting more trees as they diligently fulfill their household responsibilities, and become environmental guardians by planting more trees. Thousands of women who came to plant trees at ‘Namo Van’ assured Union Minister Nadda and Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini that the women of Rohtak, along with their families, would actively participate in the Prime Minister's initiatives towards a Clean India, a Healthy India.

The Union Health Minister and the Chief Minister encouraged the people who came to plant trees at ‘Namo Van’, especially women and children. They said that by creating a balanced environment, we can realize the vision of a healthy life. The crowd gathered to plant trees and wished Prime Minister Narendra Modi a happy birthday.

During this, former minister Manish Grover, BJP Sangthan Maha Mantri Phanindra Nath Sharma, Mayor Ram Avtar Valmiki, Director General of Information and Public Relations Department K. Makarand Pandurang, Director of Urban Local Bodies Department Pankaj, Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Dr. Anand Sharma, Superintendent of Police Narendra Bijarnia and other dignitaries were present.
