Two HP girls selected for Senior Women’s Inter Zonal Multi Day cricket Trophy 

Avnish Parmar, the Honorary Secretary of the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA), has announced the selection of two distinguished players from Himachal Pradesh, Sushma Verma and Neena Chaudhary, for the North Zone team. They are set to compete in the prestigious Senior Women’s Inter Zonal Multi-Day Trophy, which is scheduled to take place from March 28 to April 12 in Pune.

Dharamshala, March 13, 2024: Avnish Parmar, the Honorary Secretary of the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA), has announced the selection of two distinguished players from Himachal Pradesh, Sushma Verma and Neena Chaudhary, for the North Zone team. They are set to compete in the prestigious Senior Women’s Inter Zonal Multi-Day Trophy, which is scheduled to take place from March 28 to April 12 in Pune.

In addition to the players' selection, Veena Pandey has been appointed as the Trainer for the North Zone team, bringing her expertise and guidance to the forefront in preparation for the tournament.

"On behalf of the entire HPCA family, I extend my heartiest congratulations and best wishes to them for their well-deserved selection in the tournament," Parmar expressed, showcasing the support and encouragement of the association for its members.

He further elucidated that the tournament will feature intense competition among teams from the East Zone, North East Zone, West Zone, and Central Zone, who will clash in the quarterfinal matches beginning on March 28, 2024. The North Zone and South Zone teams have been pre-qualified to compete in the semifinals, which will kick off on April 3, 2024, marking a significant phase in the tournament.

This event not only highlights the talent within the HPCA but also sets the stage for showcasing the skills and determination of the players and their contribution to the North Zone team's success in the esteemed Senior Women’s Inter Zonal Multi-Day Trophy.
