Ferozepur, March 20, 2014: Two brothers died in a road accident today morning at Ferozepur-Fazlika road when their bike was hit by a truck, coming from the opposite direction. The bike riders died on the spot and the truck driver managed to flee.
Joginder Singh, ASI, Lakho Ke Behram said two brothers Mangal
Singh (55) and Sadak Singh (60), residents of Village Alfu Ke, were on the way when their motorcycle was hit by a truck, which was coming from the opposite direction. The truck was allegedly overloaded with vegetables and was a bit out of control.
The accident proved fatal for both of the brothers and they died on the spot. The driver of the truck, though managed to escape.
The police have impounded the truck and have registered a case.
