Two arrested under IT Act 2000, 500 IPC at PS Sadar Khanna

Khanna: Manpreet Singh, SP (I) Khanna apprised through a press conference that Khanna Police have achieved a major success on August 11, 2021 by arresting the misdemeanor gang members, who had hacked a VMS (Variable Message Sign Board) of public convenient LED located at National Highway, in front of Apna Vaishnu Dhaba, village Libra on the midnight of 30/31.07.2021 and flashed some derogatory word message against Chief Minister, Punjab. 
SP claimed that in the midnight of dated 30/31.07.2021, some unknown misdemeanor gang members, had hacked a VMS (Variable Message Sign Board) of public convenient LED located at National Highway, in front of Apna Vaishnu Dhaba, village Libra and flashed some derogatory word message against Chief Minister, Punjab. Acting on the compliant of Dharminder Sharma Incharge Control room, NHAI Ambala, a case FIR no.151 dated 01.08.2021 u/s 67 IT Act 2000, 500 IPC, PS Sadar Khanna, was registered against unknown persons. 
SP Manpreet further claimed that for investigation/Tracing of this case  Gursharandeep Singh Grewal, PPS, SSP/Khanna, formed a  Special Team of Officers including a technical team, comprising of SP Inv. Khanna, Rajanparminder Singh PPS, DSP Khanna, Inspector Sarabjit Singh SHO PS Sadar Khanna, Inspector Sandeep Kumar Incharge Cyber/Technical cell, Khanna was constituted. The Police team did extreme technical investigation and searched all field area to reach out this culprit and solved this high profile hacking mystery and on dated 11.08.2021, accused namely Kunal Singla r/o New Model Town, Moga now at Gandhi Colony, New Model Town, Ludhiana and Yogesh Puri alias Ashu r/o Maharana Partap Nagar, Basti Jodhewal, Ludhiana have been arrested. 
During investigation, Kunal who runs a shop of LED sign Board on the name of K Shine at Jammu Colony, Ludhiana discloses that on dated 30.07.2021, he along with Yogesh Puri alias Ashu were coming after installing Letter Board at cold down cafe, from Kasauli in a car bearing no. PB10CT6226 Chevrolet Spark color white and stopped near National Highway, at Apna Vaishnu Dhaba, village Libra for dinner and by mischief act on the direction of Yogesh Puri, he had hacked a VMS (Variable Message Sign Board) of public convenient LED located at National Highway, in front of Apna Vaishnu Dhaba, village Libra with the help of Mobile Application on the midnight of 30/31.07.2021 and flashed some derogatory word message against Chief Minister, Punjab. Khanna Police have traced a very high-profile case in very short time period with help of technical assistance. The accused are still being questioned, investigation is going on and possibility of major disclosers.
