Trident Group Celebrates Vision Day by Honouring Long-Serving Employees
Trident Group marked its annual Vision Day with great enthusiasm, celebrating the spirit of commitment and dedication by honouring employees who have completed more than 20 years of service with the organisation. Vision Day also coincides with the birthday of Padma Shri Rajinder Gupta, Chairman Emeritus of Trident Group and Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha).
Chandigarh, January 2, 2026: Trident Group marked its annual Vision Day with great enthusiasm, celebrating the spirit of commitment and dedication by honouring employees who have completed more than 20 years of service with the organisation. Vision Day also coincides with the birthday of Padma Shri Rajinder Gupta, Chairman Emeritus of Trident Group and Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha).
This year, over 230 long-serving employees were recognised for their unwavering dedication, integrity and hard work, which have played a pivotal role in Trident’s journey of growth and success. Their loyalty and perseverance continue to form the backbone of the organisation and serve as an inspiration for future generations.
The celebrations were held simultaneously at Trident’s plant locations in Punjab at Sanghera and in Madhya Pradesh at Budhni, where “Long Service Awards” were presented to these distinguished employees, acknowledging them as true pillars of strength and commitment within the Trident family.
Adding to the festive spirit, the day featured a variety of engaging activities, including sports events such as 100-metre sprints, 400-metre relay races, Tug of War and a cricket match. Cultural programmes, including solo dance performances, showcased the vibrant talent and camaraderie of employees. The celebrations concluded with team-building activities and high tea, reinforcing the values of unity, togetherness and collective pride.
In his message, Padma Shri Rajinder Gupta stated that Vision Day is dedicated to Trident’s Karamveers and Karmayogis, whose relentless efforts and commitment have shaped the organisation’s success. He announced that the year 2026 will be dedicated to these Karamveers and Karmayogis, guided by the mission ‘Pehle Khushi, Phir Khushhali’—first happiness, then prosperity. He explained that Khushhali reflects Trident’s vision of shared growth and holistic well-being for every member of the Trident family.
Emphasising the importance of unity and collective effort, he noted that the strength of Trident lies in the togetherness of its people. He also highlighted the Group’s continued focus on modernisation and automation, which will remain key drivers of efficiency, innovation and sustainable growth in the years ahead.
The Vision Day celebrations reaffirmed Trident Group’s people-centric philosophy and its deep respect for those who have contributed selflessly to its enduring success.
