Trainer aircraft makes emergency landing in K'taka
Two people on the ground were injured

Kalaburagi, June 25 (HS): Due to a mechanical fault, a trainer aircraft was forced to make an emergency landing at Karnataka's Kalaburagi on Sunday. Both female pilots aboard the plane were unharmed. Furthermore, no injuries were recorded. However, two people on the ground were injured as the plane made an emergency landing. They were given medical attention and are now stated to be in good health. The plane landed in a field owned by Mallikarjuna Lali, inflicting minimal crop damage. After the pilots met the technical failure, which required an immediate ground contact, the aircraft landed down in the field. The training flight had taken off earlier in the morning from the Kalaburagi Airport training centre. At around 9 a.m., the pilots confronted the situation and manoeuvred the plane to a safe landing in the field.
