Trade Unions support bandh call tomorrow

Ludhiana: The trade unions, INTUC, AITUC, CITU and CTU have extended full support to the Bandh call by the Kisan organisations tomorrow against the alleged “anti-farmer” ordinances. 

The trade unions will gather at the statues of Shaeed Bhagat Singh, Raj Guru and Sukhdev at Jagraon Bridge at 11.00am. They will take a pledge after which hold a rally and then take out procession. They will demand that the anti-farmer ordinances be revoked. They will also demand revocation of anti-worker bills passed in the Parliament. (Sept 24)
