Delhi, August 31, 2018: The brand created by the hair-dressers, for the hair-dressers - TIGI, unveiled its latest collection – The TIGI Retrospective Collection that is inspired by the works of Anthony Mascolo and TIGI International Creative Team. The duo - Ralf Boss, Regional Education Director TIGI (Asia), and Andy Cheong, Regional Education Director TIGI Copyright Colour (Asia), are in India and are touring Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai and Pune to showcase the collection.
The collection revolves around pastel tones with the highlight color being ultraviolet, which is also the Pantone color of the year. Experts have also experimented with pastels and high-volume textures through layering. For the new collection, cut and colour work strongly together, emphasizing the mood and linking to fashion and lifestyle choices. It also features the looks specifically curated for men, to raise their style quotient.
The collection sets the cut, color and style trends for the upcoming season and features creative techniques that can be customized to each person, personalizing it basis the face cut and structure. With a philosophy of sharing everything new as soon as it is created, TIGI is showcasing the very the latest creative work in the field of hairdressing.
The launch held in the city, hosted an exclusive crowd of over 160 people. Hair experts from Delhi NCR were given expert advice and tips on latest colour trends, haircare and hair texture. The hair dressers were also educated on choosing the right shampoo and colour suiting the Indian consumers in an experiential manner. This was followed by a showcase of haircuts and styles for men by our TIGI global experts to exclusively cater to the emerging men’s grooming market/industry in India. Speaking on the occasion, Pushkaraj Shenai, CEO Lakmé Lever said, “The new retrospective collection takes inspiration from the past and recreates the looks for the modern age.
