Dharamsala, October 22, 2013: The Free Spirit Award 2013 was given to Tibetan writer-activist Langtsa Tsetan Dorjee, who embarked on a "peace march to Tibet" from McLeod Ganj, and has been missing since early June, in a modest ceremony in McLeod Ganj on Monday evening.
