Chandigarh, June 25, 2025: Three days prestigious RUSA workshop started today at the Panjab University.
Dr. Ateet Dutt from Materials Research Institute, National Autonomous University of Mexico, Mexico will conduct the workshop, being jointly organised by Department of Environment and Department of Chemistry, Panjab University under grant received from RUSA 2.0.
Dr. Ateet will deliver talks on the various aspects related to nanomaterials and there use in health care and solar energy. He has also planned mentoring students of Panjab University, Chandigarh along with exploration of collaborative opportunities after the workshop when return back to Mexico on July 24, 2025 from India.
Director, INST, Mohali, Prof. Akash Deep inaugurated the workshop and spoke on advance materials and their research on nano science at their institute.
Earlier, RUSA Coordinator Prof. G.R. Chaudhary welcomed the participants. Prof. Sandeep Kumar, PEC, Chandigarh gave brief introduction about the speakers. Dr. Rajeev Kumar, Chairperson, DEVS, gave vote of thanks and the detailed overview and outcome of the workshop.
