Three-day higher education conclave from  Nov 18

Chandigarh, November 14, 2021: The first edition of the Higher Education Conclave (HEC), a three-day event under the aegis of Silver Fern will be held at Hyatt Regency, Chandigarh from November 18-20, 2021. ‘Decoding future in the times of change’ is the theme of the event.
