With narratives rooted in emotion, grit, and heart, the channel’s shows became a weekly staple for millions. Reflecting on these unforgettable journeys, four of Sony SAB’s most acclaimed actors, Shrenu Parikh, Karuna Pandey and Sumbul Touqeer, look back on their most impactful moments of the year, and share their hopes and resolutions as they welcome 2026.

Shrenu Parikh, who plays the role of Goddess Parvati in Gatha Shiv Parivaar Ki - Ganesh Kartikey, shared, “2025 was a year of rediscovery for me. Coming back to television after a break and embracing the challenge of bringing Parvati’s grace and strength to life reminded me why I fell in love with this craft in the first place. It pushed me to find balance, depth, and sincerity in every scene. One of the moments that will stay with me is the clarity I gained through embodying this divine figure, it’s made me both more compassionate and courageous in equal measure. In 2026, I hope to carry forward that same sense of purpose every day on set, and my New Year resolution is to continue growing with intention, focus, and authenticity in all that I do.”

Karuna Pandey, who plays Pushpa in Pushpa Impossible, shared, “This year, Pushpa continued to surprise me: she went back to being a student, pursuing law, building her business and through it all, I realized that her evolution is my evolution too. The most memorable moment wasn't a single scene, but the accumulation of all her small victories. 2025 reminded me that television is a responsibility we carry in our hearts and it’s the little joys that accrue to big love and happiness. For 2026, I resolve to pour even more of my soul into Pushpa, to ensure that every moment on screen reflects the depth and resilience that viewers expect and deserve from this much-loved character. I want to continue celebrating the ordinary woman who does extraordinary things.”

Sumbul Touqeer Khan, who plays the role of Anvita in Itti Si Khushi, said, “2025 taught me so much about connection and building new bonds, both on and off screen. One moment that stands out is reading messages from young viewers who said Anvita’s journey echoed their own lives. It was moving to know that our story didn’t just entertain, but spoke to real people and their very real feelings. For 2026, my hope is that we continue creating moments that make people feel seen.
