New Delhi, March 23, 2026: The restoration of much needed RoDTEP rates provides timely relief to exporters facing high logistics costs due to uncertainty in West Asia trade routes. For MSMEs, which operate with tighter margins this measure is particularly significant. It helps in stabilising prices, and maintain competitiveness in key export markets. The policy will improve cash flows by reducing cost pressures across India’s labour-intensive industries and is essential in these difficult times to protect MSME participation in global value chains and ensure continuity in export momentum given the increasing supply chain risks says Rajeev Juneja, President, PHDCCI.
