More than just an event, it is a wellness retreat for our members, a welcome pause from the demands of our daily routines, often marked by stress and unhealthy lifestyles. This is an opportunity to embrace yoga as a way of life, helping us become more proactive, resilient, and balanced in the face of everyday challenges. Above all, yoga empowers us to lead healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives. Let us make this timeless practice an integral part of our daily journey towards well-being.
Neha Shukla, Esteemed Yoga Teacher, said, Yoga is India’s timeless gift to the world and to all of humanity. It is the harmonious union of the body, mind, and soul, a practice that helps us achieve physical well-being, mental clarity, and inner balance. By fostering a deeper awareness of ourselves, yoga enables us to think, act, and live with greater purpose and mindfulness. Beyond its physical benefits, yoga is a journey of self-discovery that elevates us spiritually and guides us towards self-realisation. In today’s fast-paced world, where stress and lifestyle-related ailments are increasingly common, yoga offers a holistic path to wellness. Its benefits are so widely recognised that even the medical community recommends yoga as a complementary practice for managing chronic conditions, improving overall health, and enhancing quality of life.
Speaking on the occasion, TCEI leadership reiterated that industry growth must be complemented by individual well-being and collective wellness, emphasizing the association’s long-term vision of building not just a stronger events industry, but a stronger community.
The successful celebration once again reflected TCEI’s enduring spirit of leadership, collaboration, and commitment to initiatives that create meaningful impact beyond business.
