Rohtak, November 11. 2025: To commemorate the birth anniversary of Dattopant Bapurao Thengadi, a great thinker and founder of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh and Bharatiya Kisan Sangh; an awareness program was organized at BPS Women's Polytechnic, Khanpur Kalan (Gohana). On Swadeshi Sankalp Diwas, Keynote speaker was Shefali Gupta; Chief Campaigner (Women's Unit, Gohana) of Swadeshi Jagran Manch.
In her inspiring address, Keynote speaker Shefali Gupta sensitized the students about the importance of Swadeshi and encouraged them to adopt Swadeshi in their daily lives. She emphasized that Swadeshi is not just an economic policy, but a sense of dedication and responsibility towards the country. Shefali Gupta encouraged the students to contribute to the country's progress using their skills and talents.
Polytechnic Principal Kiran Jindal administered the pledge to the students to adopt Swadeshi and prioritize the use of local products. Faculty members and students participated enthusiastically in the program.
