Survey on Sunscreen Usage

Jalandhar, November 14, 2023: In a proactive move to gauge skincare practices in the local community, the Department of Cosmetology under the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) organised a comprehensive survey in nearby areas and villages.

The objective was to assess the prevalence of sunscreen lotion usage among the residents, revealing a surprising lack of awareness. 
The students from the department actively engaged with the community, providing valuable insights into the benefits of using sunscreen. This educational initiative aimed to bridge the information gap and promote skin awareness. 

President Naresh Budhia, Senior Vice President Vinod Dada, other members of the managing committee and Principal Prof.(Dr.)Pooja Prashar congratulated the Department of Cosmetology and Innovative Institution's Council  for their thoughtful organization of the survey. This effort reflects the institution's commitment to holistic education and community well-being.
