Chandigarh, November 2, 2013: The Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal today greeted the people of Punjab on the eve of Vishwakarma day.
In a felicitation message issued on the eve of Vishwakarma day, Badal said that Lord Vishwakarma is known as the God of carpenters, goldsmiths, blacksmiths, masons and all those skilled people. The Deputy Chief Minister said that people, who were engaged in technical profession, must adhere to the principles of Vishwakarma and contribute maximum for making the country stronger and prosperous.
The true homage to this great architect of ancient times is to follow his teachings in true spirits, Badal added.
