Sudeeksha Shines in Pool, Bags 13 Medals Including Five Gold
Sudeeksha, a BA-LLB student at MDU’s Centre for Professional and Allied Studies (MDU-CPAS), Gurugram, turned heads at the inter-college swimming championship, winning 13 medals, including five gold, three silver and five bronze, besides securing the first runner-up trophy.

Rohtak, September 24, 2026: Sudeeksha, a BA-LLB student at MDU’s Centre for Professional and Allied Studies (MDU-CPAS), Gurugram, turned heads at the inter-college swimming championship, winning 13 medals, including five gold, three silver and five bronze, besides securing the first runner-up trophy.
Sudeeksha struck gold in the 50m and 200m backstroke, 400m freestyle, and 100m and 200m butterfly events. She added silver medals in the 50m butterfly, 100m backstroke and 200m individual medley.
She also clinched bronze in the 100m freestyle, 50m, 100m and 200m breaststroke, and 200m freestyle events.
MDU-CPAS Director Prof Pradeep K. Ahlawat congratulated Sudeeksha, saying her hard work, discipline and dedication were an inspiration to fellow students. He said the institute was strengthening sports facilities and infrastructure to provide students better opportunities to hone their talent. Faculty members also congratulated her on the achievement.
