Chandigarh, July 19, 2018: The study revealed that more than 70.2% of Chandigarh residents never or rarely sleep@10 and around 29.6% sleep less than six hours daily. In fact, the most alarming facet is that only a dismal 15.4% of respondents actually slept at 10pm.

Unfortunately, this alarming trend is not only limited to Chandigarh but it is a nationwide phenomenon as the study was conducted across 8,000 Indians living across the metros.
