Study By Janak launches exclusive handcrafted Sherwanis- "Jehangir" in Ludhiana

Ludhiana, April 4, 2014: Study By Janak, a brand known for their stylized occasion wear, has launched an exclusive line of Sherwanis- Jehangir Collection, designer sherwanis that are handcrafted at their production unit and is first launched in the city of Ludhiana. The USP of this collection is the intricate detailing and complete handwork done in the ensemble that has taken over 60 days to be made by an artisan.
Vandy Mehra, Director, Study By Janak launched the collection in a press conference on Friday at the Ludhiana Store situated at Mall Road. For the collection she says "Groom wear has become an equally relevant part of wedding shopping as the bridal shopping has been. As a brand we have been known for designer groom wear and this collection is a benchmark where in the concentration is on the design value of the ensemble as well as the intricacies that has gone in making it. Each piece has been handcrafted and has taken over 60 days to be completed by the artisan" she adds "We chose Ludhiana as the first city to launch it as we believe that the consumer of Ludhiana has evolved and understands the craftsmanship and the design value without being influenced by the price factor."
The brand has also launched their Spring Summer 2014 collection which includes pret wear- jackets, waist coats, trousers, shirts and cotton chinos in varied colors as well as formal wear- Designer Suits, Jodhpuris, Bandhgala Suits, Linen Suits, Kurta sets with Waistcoats. The collection is in fresh summer pastel shades and a lot of cottons and linens have been used.
The brand is having a 3 day showing (4th to 6th april) of Jehangir exclusive Line as well as a trunk show of Women Couture Spring Summer Collection for the stylish ladies in the city of leading designers like Amit Agarwal, Rajdeep Ranawat, Sulakshana Monga, Gaurav Gupta and Vandy Mehra.
