Kapurthala/Jalandhar, February 27, 2014: The value of education in society was felt decades ago. Sociology existed then but it was necessary to spread education in different fields. Today, education has affected every field but human values are decreasing from education itself. It is the need of the hour to connect education with human values and students with the society. For this, moral values and practical education is the need of the hour. This was said by Nirmal Kutiya Chief Sant Baba Balvir Singh Seechewal.
He was talking to a delegation of human values. This delegation went to meet him under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Punjab Technial University Dr. Rajneesh Arora. The members of the delegation have come to take part in third International Conference on Human Values and Professional Ethics, organised by Punjab Technical University, which will be inaugurated on Friday.
Sant Baba Balvir Singh Seechewal appreciated PTU for its efforts in the field of Human Values. He assured the officials for every possible support. In this delegation, Dean Academics PTU Dr. Buta Singh, Ex HOD Hindi Department GNDU Amritsar and Dean Punjabi University Patiala Dr. Harmohinder Singh Bedi, Ganesh Bagharia, Rajul Asthana, Dr. M.S.
