Jalandhar, February 14, 2019: Students of the Department of Sports participated in the Inter College Judo Championship 2018-19 and brought laurels to the institution by achieving bronze medals in different weight categories. The tournament was organized by categories. The tournament was organized by Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar at Gymnasium Hall. Nancy (45kg), Kavita Sonkar (57kg), Manveer Kaur (63kg) and Manpreet Kaur (70kg) received kudos by securing bronze medals each for their respective weight categories. Principal Dr.(Mrs.) Kiran Arora lauded the winners and their coach Mr. Avani Kumar Sharma.
