Students of Innocent Hearts School dominated in Zonal Sports Matches

Jalandhar, August 31, 2022: The students of Innocent Hearts School continued to dominate the Zonal Sports Meet organized by the Punjab School Education Board by performing brilliantly in Zone-2, 4 and 7.   Boys' team of Innocent Hearts Green Model Town secured first position in U-17 category Badminton tournament and second position in U-14 category.  Two students were selected for district level. In Kho-Kho Under-19 category, the girls' team bagged second position and two students were selected for district level.  The team of Innocent Hearts Loharan clinched first position in Kho-Kho in Under-19 category whereas Volleyball team secured first position in Under-14 and Under-17 categories. In Under-19 category boys' and girls' team of Royal World International School got first position in handball.  Under-17 boys' and girls' teams secured second position while the boys' team bagged second position in Under-14 category.  In Under-19 category, the girls' Kho-Kho team got first position while the Under-14 girls' team obtained third position.

Girls' Volleyball team secured first position in Under-14, 17 and 19 categories.  Badminton team of Cantt. Jandiala Road secured 3rd position in Under-17 category.  Four students from Innocent Hearts' Kapurthala Road Branch were selected for district level games of Kho-Kho and Badminton.

Dr. Anup Bowry, Chairman, Innocent Hearts felicitated all the sports teachers and HOD Sanjeev Bhardwaj by congratulating them for their stupendous success in the zonal tournaments.  He praised the winners and wished them all the best for winning the district level games.
