Students of HMV Collegiate School performed tremendously well in Seventh International Humanity Olympiad-2021

Jalandhar, November 22, 2021: As per the vision of DAV Managing Committee to provide value-based skill oriented quality education to women, HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School organized Seventh International Humanity Olympiad-2021 to instill moral and humane values in the young students to make them mentally and emotionally empowered for the prosperity of the nation. The main objective of the Olympiad is to make the students do self introspection so that a sound character development takes place with high integrity and the students of HMV Collegiate School performed tremendously well in it. The Olympiad was organized in two levels. After scoring 90% in the first level, the students appeared in the 2nd level held on 28th and 29th August, 2021 in which students of HMV Collegiate School participated vigorously. They were asked questions about evolution of consciousness, social charity and social goodness so that spontaneous compassionate attitude and humanitarian approach can be imparted in their minds and hearts. In this Olympiad, Urvashi of +1 Commerce received  medal as the topper in the school, Jhanvi Sharma of +2 Arts secured 122nd Position in the whole India out of 500 and she got applauded with award and certificate for the same.
Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen and School Coordinator Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal congratulated the winners and encouraged them to take part in these sorts of activities in future too. Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal averred that these activities help the students to become the better citizen of the nation and contribute a lot in their holistic development.
