Students of DCM Group of schools brings laurels with their outstanding performance in National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET)

Ferozepur, September 8, 2022: Setting a new record, 11 students of the DCM Group of Schools brought laurels by securing good ranks in the prestigious NEET test. While giving details Head Senior Secondary Dr. Lalit Mohan Gupta said that Yashik Bansal of DCM has secured 92nd rank in the country and John Chhabra 151st in this test and have stepped forward towards pursuing medical from the top medical institute of the country.

Dr. Lalit said that students Yashik Bansal scored 99.99 percentile, John Chhabra scored 99.98 percentile, Sanu 99.90 percentile, Raghav Sethi scored 99.89 percentile, Himanshu Vohra scored 99.74 percentile, Gitansh Banga 99.59 percentile, Vibhas Asija 99.36 percentile, Jinsuman 99.086 percentile, Karasai Naesail 99.08 percentile. Pal has scored 96.41 percentile, Aastha Sood has scored 95.81 percentile, Nikita has scored 94.69 percentile. 

Dr. Lalit Mohan said that last year also more than 25 students of DCM had secured admissions in the best medical universities of the country. He said that since a decade, more than 300 students from DCM have been serving as doctors in the best hospitals of the country and in the entire world.

Ajay Mittal, VP of Senior Secondary Wing said that to honor the future doctors, a grand function was in which educationist and DCM Group's Director (Academics) Kanta Gupta attended the function as the chief guest, The program was presided over by Principal Suman Kalra. Smt. Kanta Gupta wished the future doctors and their parents and wished them a bright future. She said that with hard work and determination, any goal can be achieved. 

Dr. Anirudh Gupta, CEO, DCM Group congratulated all the prospective doctors and wished them all the best for their bright future. 

Notably, Yashik Bansal's father Dr. Naveen Bansal is a renewed surgeon and mother Dr. Rajni Bansal is also a Gyne doctor . Yashik told that every day he used to study for 5-6 hours. John Chhabra's father Sanjeev Kumar is a businessman and mother Archana is a government teacher, is dream of becoming a heart disease specialist. John told that since childhood he had a dream to become a doctor and his parents supported him. He used to study for 7-8 hours a day.

Another student Sanu said that her father Sanjeev Girdhar is a rice miller and mother Shweta Girdhar is a housewife. “I wanted to become the first doctor of my family. I had to work very hard to fulfill my dream. I used to study 8-9 hours in a day to achieve my goal”, she said. 
Principal Suman Kalra said that all the students are multi-talented and they were prepared in the school itself according to the CBSE syllabus. None of these students did not take any coaching from outside. Apart from school education, the students studying in DCM are also prepared for competitive examinations, she said. 

Dr. Lalit Mohan Gupta said that during the last 75 years of DCM Group's history, this school has produced many IAS, IPS, PCS, doctors, engineers, lawyers and officers appointed to various high positions. He said that teachers Ajay Mittal, Sunny Sachdeva, Dr. Suresh Sharma, Saurabh Bamba, Anirudh Sharma, Vijay Monga, Naveen Jaiswal, Vaishali and others have contributed a lot in providing high level education to these students.
