Agartala, July 11, 2026: As the Destination Tripura Business Conclave & Fair continues, the dedicated IT Pavilion at the International Fair Ground, Hapania, Agartala, witnessed enthusiastic visits from students of schools and colleges across Tripura.
The young visitors explored the Pavilion in large numbers and gained valuable insights into Tripura’s growing digital ecosystem, emerging technology policies and innovation-led development initiatives. The Pavilion, which had already emerged as one of the key attractions of the conclave, continued to draw strong interest from visitors.
Students showed keen interest in the Tripura IT/ITeS Policy, Tripura Startup Policy, Tripura Data Centre Policy, and the State’s emerging initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, AVGC-XR and Global Capability Centres. Presentations on the proposed IT Park, Tripura IT Data Ecosystem Zone (TIDEZ), Airtel’s Nxtra Data Centre and opportunities in sectors such as IT/ITeS, cybersecurity, data centres, ESDM and BPO further enriched the visitor experience.
The Pavilion also showcased innovations developed by local startups and incubated enterprises, offering students a first-hand view of the possibilities in entrepreneurship, technology and future careers in the digital economy. Many visitors found the experience informative, inspiring and highly relevant to their academic and professional aspirations.
The Directorate of Information Technology welcomed the enthusiastic response and expressed hope that the Pavilion would continue to serve as a platform for awareness, inspiration and engagement for the youth of Tripura.
