STRICT ARRANGEMENTS for copying free annual exams: DC

Ferozepur, March 2, 2013: Strict arrangements have been made to restrict copying during 12th  class annual exams, said Manjit Singh Narang, Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur. 

He said, 64 examination centers have been established in the district for the annual exam of 12th class out of which 12 centers have been declared as sensitive by the Board. 

Deputy Commissioner further said, four Flying Squad teams have been constituted to check the copying during the exams and Section 144 have been imposed for unlawful assembly near the examination centers.

He also said that at the declared sensitive examination centers, SDMs, Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars and Gazetted Officers have been deployed so as to completely stop the copy during the exams.  He also appealed to the examination controllers to perform their duties sincerely and honestly. 

DC said, the students through copying pass the exams once but the future of such students are spoiled and the heads of the schools should also make arrangements to uplift the standard of education by making arrangements to stop the copying during the exams at their own level also. 

On this occasion, DC was accompanied by Darshan Singh Kataria, DEO (S), Dr. Satinder Singh, National Awardee and others officers of education department.
