Stonehill International School celebrates outstanding IB Results

Bangalore: Stonehill International School, Bangalore, known for its diverse and inclusive culture, continues to grow from strength to strength.  This year, with a 100% pass rate, Stonehill students have outdone themselves.

The average IB score for Stonehill students was 36.6 points against a global average of 33.02 points with three students, Nitya Agarwala, Daeun Lee and Shreya Reddy, achieving a maximum of 45 points each. Of the thirty six students enrolled for the Diploma Programme, ten students (28%) scored 40 points or more, which puts them amongst the world’s top 9% of IB students.  Molly Homer and Asima Kidwai scored 44 points each, followed by Diya Gopinath and Maya Saldanha who scored 43 each. Stonehill students had record breaking A grades in Theory of Knowledge (ToK) and in the Extended Essay. Seven students were awarded Bilingual Diplomas in Dutch, French, Korean, German and Danish.

Stonehill’s International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) score remains above the world average, for the ninth consecutive year.  For a school that is defined by its inclusive nature, this is a testimony to the individual attention every student receives.
