Ludhiana, September 18, 2022: A virtual state level function was organised at meeting Hall, Office of General Manager, District Industries Centre in the sidelines of launch of National Logistics Policy.
A presentation was also made by the Department of Industries and Commerce, Punjab on the Draft Logistics and Logistics Park Policy for the Punjab.
Secretary-cum-Director, Industries and Commerce, Sibin C joined the event online and addressed the stakeholders by highlighting the importance of Logistics in the state and also briefed the attendees of the salient features of the State’s draft Logistics policy. It was also discussed how the State’s policy has been made keeping the principles of Draft National Logistics Policy, 2019 and PM GatiShakti NMP at its core. Various stakeholders were present and had a detailed discussion regarding upcoming Policy.
The function here in Ludhiana was presided over by Joint Director Mahesh Khanna along with Joint DGFT, Utpal Kumar General Manager Rakesh Kansal thanked the participants for their active participation.
