Ludhiana, March 28, 2014: State Bank of Patiala today opened its 1199th branch and 517th branch in Punjab at Kahma District Nawan Shahr.
Rajeev K Sharma, Deputy General Manager; Ludhiana Zone inaugurated the branch. Purbasha Dey Biswas, Assistant General Manager, Ludhiana, Surjit Puaari Branch Manager and others were present on the occasion.
While addressing the gathering, Rajeev K. Sharma highlighted the Bank's
various schemes including Swapan Luxmi Recurring Deposit Scheme for Female singly or jointly for 3 years of monthly instalment of Rs.500 & multiple thereof
providing rate of interest of 9.25 per cent, Naunihal Fixed Deposit Scheme for minor child to become Lakhpati in 92 months with minimum deposit amount of Rs.50000 with rate of interest of 9.15 o/o p.a (annualised yield 9.47 per cent), Term Deposit for 1 year to 555 days with 9.25olo rate of interest (annualised yield 9.81 per cent), for Senior Citizen 9.75 per cent (annualised yield 10.37 per cent).
