Chandigarh, July 27, 2026: State Bank of India (SBI), India's largest bank, today announced the selection of 1,930 Circle Based Officers (CBOs) to further strengthen its customer-centric approach and enhance banking services across its nationwide branch network.
The recruitment drive is aimed at augmenting the Bank's officer cadre with talented professionals who will play a pivotal role in deepening customer relationships and delivering service excellence across urban, semi-urban and rural India. The selection of 1,930 Circle-Based Officers reflects SBI's continued investment in building a future-ready and customer-centric workforce that will strengthen its 'Digital First, Customer First' vision and contribute towards delivering simple, seamless and personalised banking experiences to over 53 crore plus customers across the country.
