Ludhiana: The Punjab Youth Development Board (Government of Punjab) is fully committed to the betterment of the Youth of the State. Sukhwinder Singh Bindra, Chairperson of the Board, while implementing the State Level Campaign “Youth of Punjab” is going to realize his determination to extend its benefits to the youth at the grass root level. Lt. Gen. Tajinder Singh Shergill (Retd.) Senior Advisor, Chief Minister Punjab will be the Chief Guest in Sports Kit Distribution Ceremony to be held on February 23 at Guru Nanak Bhawan, Ludhiana.

Chairperson Sukhwinder Singh Bindra said that the Hon'ble Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh who has entrusted him with the charge of Punjab Youth Development Board, would carry it out diligently under his able guidance and direction. Under this, the sports kits will be distributed among the youth clubs of Punjab, Red Ribbon Clubs, NSS. Units, college sports clubs and other such sports organizations are going to be distributed which is preparing talented players. With these sports kits, while they will stay away from drugs, they will also shine the name of the State at the Olympics and National level. Chairperson S. Sukhwinder Singh Bindra said that he stood by the youth of the entire state and was determined for their better and brighter future. Chairperson S. Sukhwinder Singh Bindra said that while visiting all the districts of the state to encourage the youth towards sports, he said that starting from Ludhiana district four different districts would be covered under the first phase.

Chairperson appealed to the youth of the state to stay interested in sports and stay away from drugs. He said that under the able leadership of Capt. Amarinder Singh Punjab Youth Development Board is fully committed for the betterment of the Youth of the State.
