Spectacular array of activities to celebrate rashtriya poshan mah

Jalandhar, September 17, 2023: Department of Home Science of PCM S.D.College for Women, Jalandhar celebrated  Rashtriya Poshan Mah September 2023, a nationwide initiative aimed at promoting the importance of nutrition and healthy living. 

With a commitment to fostering awareness and knowledge about nutrition, the department hosted a series of captivating activities such as  Cooking Competition, Poster Making, Group Discussion on Nutritional Awareness, Inter Class Nutritional Quiz Competition etc. Students from different classes participated enthusiastically. 

In addition to this, a  guest lecture was also organised on balanced diet by Deepika, Dietician, Armaan Hospital, Jalandhar. 

The lecture proved utterly beneficial to students as it enlightened them regarding the ways to achieve good health.
